Requirements:
* 2 years of management experience in the restaurant industry preferred
* High school diploma or GED
* Basic computer skills
* Strong communication skills
* Detail oriented and self motivated
* Ability to drive sales through the customer experience
* Ability to work a flexible schedule
Responsibilities:
* All daily operations of the restaurant
* Ensure customer service and satisfaction
* Recruit, train and motivate an efficient staff
* Maintain a clean restaurant and meeting our standards of excellent food and customer service
* Place weekly food orders
* Follow processes and procedures of the restaurant
* Effectively supervise employees to ensure all policies are followed
* Customer relations and problem solve
* Ensure all restaurant equipment is maintained in top operating condition
* Lead by example
* Ensure established standards of food safety and sanitation are maintained.
* Respond to guest comments and criticism in a constructive and positive manner.
