Vista Capital (powered by Rize Mortgage) is hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officers for our Coral Gables Branch.
We are the exclusive lender for the top-producing Zillow team at Keller Williams Coral Gables. This partnership delivers high-quality, pre-qualified realtor referral leads directly to you — a consistent pipeline most loan officers only dream about.

Your Role
- Originate and close residential mortgage loans (purchase & refinance)
- Work closely with our partner real estate team to convert their referrals
- Collaborate with our marketing team to grow your personal pipeline
- Provide exceptional service to borrowers and realtors
What We’re Looking For
- Active NMLS license (required)
- Minimum $3 million in verifiable closed loan volume Year-to-Date (YTD) (required)
- Mortgage origination experience (preferred)
- Strong desire to scale your business through warm leads and marketing support
- Self-motivated, coachable, and professional
- Local market knowledge (South Florida) is a big plus
