Responsibilities:
What You'll Do

Respond to and qualify incoming leads from our marketing systems

Build genuine rapport with sellers and understand their unique situations

Schedule and conduct property appointments (virtual and in-person)

Negotiate offers and overcome objections to close deals

Manage your pipeline using our CRM and follow up consistently until contracts are signed
