Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Service Cashier to join our dynamic service retail team! In this vital role, you will be the friendly face at the checkout counter, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling transactions.
Duties
- Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties for the days close out.
- Answer Service phone calls by addressing inquiries via friendly phone etiquette.
- Assist the rental Administrator checking in and out of service Rental vehicles.
- Making appointments for service in systems DMS.
Qualifications
- Experience cashier in the Automotive service industry.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but is not required.
- Knowledge of POS systems, retail math, and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in cash handling.
- Being a team player.
