Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial cleaning and possess strong attention to detail to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy all areas of the hotel including public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
Requirements:
- Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and procedures
- Ability to handle basic custodial tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Industrial cleaning experience
- Familiarity with floor care techniques
- Previous work in a hotel environment or hospitality industry
