Best Cleaners is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dry Cleaner to maintain the highest standards of garment care at our State Street Production Plant. We provide a professional environment where safety, quality, and speed are our top priorities.
Someone who has the drive and determination to be the best at ensuring outstanding quality cleaned garments for every client, every piece, every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Garment Processing: Execute expert dry cleaning, wet cleaning, and specialized spot removal for all textile types.
- Plant Operations: Process daily plant startup, including boiler activation and reporting as early as 4:00 AM to meet deadlines. Start time flexible to change to earlier or later depending on production plant needs.
- System Maintenance: Operate and maintain dry cleaning machinery, perform filter changes, manage solvent deliveries, and clear lint traps.
- Quality Control: Conduct meticulous pre-clean inspections, search pockets, and perform final quality checks to ensure excellence.
- Team Support: Promote high morale, support production staff, and implement strategies to improve plant profitability.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with early morning start times.
- Knowledge of Haz-Com and emergency safety procedures.
- Strong physical stamina for standing and lifting up to 50lbs.
- Have a great attention to detail and quality control;
- Lead with integrity, honesty, and industry knowledge
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work space
- Have the desire to provide positive results with professionalism and a strong focus on client satisfaction
