Pay Range: $25.50-$26.00
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you're the behind-the-scenes hero making sure every guest’s stay is spotless and unforgettable. You’ll lead a hardworking team, keep daily operations running smoothly, and step up when the Housekeeping Manager is away. From fresh linens to flawless rooms, you set the standard for clean, comfortable, and welcoming—and inspire your team to do the same. Additional Qualifications & Expectations:
- Must be available to work all shifts, including AM, PM, overnight coverage as needed, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous hotel housekeeping supervisory experience required.
- Strong experience inspecting guest rooms, public areas, and ensuring brand cleanliness standards are met.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and direct housekeeping associates assigned to designated floors or sections.
- Experience managing daily room assignments, productivity, quality control, and guest service recovery.
- Ability to train new associates and hold team members accountable for performance and attendance standards.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and service excellence.
KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operations Boss: Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision—inspections, reports, and productivity checks are your jam. You make sure everything runs smoothly and up to standard.
- Team Captain: Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands-on training, and a positive vibe that keeps the team motivated and on point.
- Safety & Security Pro: Handle lost-and-found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas like master keys, storage rooms, and secure files—all while keeping safety top of mind.
- Cleanliness Champion: Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment. You’re the reason everything looks fresh, feels safe, and exceeds expectations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
