Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Repo Agent to join our team. This is a full-time, night shift position responsible for locating and recovering vehicles while maintaining professionalism and safety at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Locate and recover assigned vehicles
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
- Use computer systems and software to update job status
- Follow all company policies and legal requirements
- Handle all interactions professionally using de-escalation techniques
Requirements:
- Must be at least 22 years old
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using computers, apps, and software systems
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
