We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Associate to photograph jewelry and manage listings across Etsy, eBay, OfferUp, Craigslist, and Facebook Marketplace.
Jewelry details and pricing will be provided. The E-Commerce Associate will be responsible for photographing each item, writing accurate and appealing descriptions using the provided information, creating and maintaining listings, and communicating with customers.
This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have verifiable professional experience in product photography and multi-channel e-commerce listing management.
Responsibilities
- Photograph jewelry using a DSLR camera
- Produce clear, detailed images of each item and its condition
- Edit and prepare product images for online listings
- Write accurate and appealing descriptions using the provided jewelry details
- Create listings using the provided pricing
- Publish and maintain listings across multiple e-commerce platforms
- Update product availability, pricing, and listing information as directed
- Monitor active listings for accuracy and consistency
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer questions
- Communicate with customers throughout the sales process
- Process, pack, and ship orders accurately and securely
- Maintain an organized photography, listing, and fulfillment workflow
- Monitor listing performance and provide updates as needed
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of verifiable professional e-commerce experience
- At least 3 years of professional product photography experience
- At least 3 years of experience selling on eBay or Etsy
- Experience with Mercari, OfferUp, Craigslist, and Facebook Marketplace
- Proficiency using a DSLR camera, lighting equipment, and photo-editing software
- Experience writing detailed product descriptions and maintaining listings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience communicating with online customers
- Experience with order fulfillment, packing, and shipping
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
Professional experience in a verifiable position is required. Personal selling and freelance experience alone will not qualify.
