I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm team member and previously served as an Assistant Controller and Operations Manager at Angel Island Capital. I graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and had the opportunity to study abroad in Torino, Italy—an experience that broadened my perspective and appreciation for building relationships.
Our agency is built around collaboration, growth, and supporting one another. We've created a young, energetic team that genuinely enjoys working together and celebrates each other's successes.

Erynn Nelson - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
