Pay Range: $52,000 - $58,000 annually
Our client, a well-established and growing organization in the Portland metro area, is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist to join its accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with B2B collections experience who enjoys customer interaction, account analysis, cash collections, and problem-solving in a collaborative environment. Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts receivable and oversee collections activities to reduce outstanding balances

Research customer accounts, perform account reconciliations, and resolve billing discrepancies

Partner with customers and internal teams to address payment issues and improve collection outcomes

Forecast cash collections and maintain accurate reporting on aging accounts and collection status

Monitor payments, apply cash activity, and ensure accurate account reconciliations

Maintain and update accounting systems, spreadsheets, and Excel-based reporting tools

Support continuous improvement initiatives, special projects, and month-end accounting processes as needed

2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, B2B Collections, Credit & Collections, or Customer Account Resolution

Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze account activity, perform reconciliations, and manage reporting

Solid communication skills and customer-focused approach with the ability to resolve issues professionally
