What You’ll Do
As a Sales Advocate, you’ll be the face of Cricket Wireless helping customers find the best wireless solutions while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, and recommend the best wireless plans, phones, and accessories.
- Become an expert on Cricket’s latest devices, promotions, and services.
- Hit (and crush!) your sales goals while building strong relationships with customers.
- Assist with phone setups, troubleshooting, and billing questions.
- Keep the store organized, stocked, and welcoming.

What We’re Looking For:
- Customer service or sales experience (wireless or retail is a plus).
- Positive attitude, good communication, and a team player.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus!
