A long-standing, family-owned Los Angeles hospitality group is seeking friendly, dependable, and hardworking team members to join our restaurants on historic Olvera Street.

Responsibilities Include:
● Providing friendly, welcoming, and professional customer service
● Assisting guests with orders and answering menu questions
● Register operation and cash handling
● Food preparation and food service
● Maintaining food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
● Maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards
● Assisting with opening and closing procedures
● Restocking supplies and inventory throughout shifts
● Supporting teammates and maintaining smooth operational flow during busy periods
● Assisting with general cleaning, organization, and daily operational tasks
● Following company policies, procedures, and food safety requirements
Qualifications:
● Customer service, restaurant, food service, or hospitality experience preferred
● Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
● Positive attitude and strong work ethic
● Dependable and punctual
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
● Ability to work well as part of a team
● Willingness to learn and take direction
● Food Handler Certification is a plus
