Part-Time Sales Associate – New Concrete Block Home Sales
We are a well‑established multi‑community home builder seeking a reliable and customer‑focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is interested in the new‑home industry. No real estate license required. Full training provided.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist prospective home buyers in our model homes
- Conduct friendly and informative model‑home tours
- Guide customers through each stage of the new‑home purchase process
- Follow up with current buyers by providing updates and assistance
- Enter and track leads using our CRM platform
- Communicate daily using our email and digital communication tools
- Call interested digital leads to provide information, qualify prospects, and schedule in‑person appointments
- Maintain accurate records of all appointments, inquiries, and customer interactions
Qualifications
- Strong people skills with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
- Comfortable using basic computer programs, CRM software, and email tools
- Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
