ForceOne Solutions is hiring a Quality Process Technician to support a manufacturing customer’s Quality department. This is a hands-on position for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
This role supports production and quality processes by completing process checks, documenting findings, identifying quality concerns, and helping maintain stable manufacturing operations. The schedule is a 12-hour second shift, and overtime may be available depending on customer demand.

What You’ll Do
- Perform process checks, inspections, and basic troubleshooting during the assigned shift
- Document defects, process observations, corrective actions, and production-quality concerns
- Support containment, sorting, rework, and escalation activities when quality issues arise
- Communicate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams
- Follow standard work instructions, safety rules, and quality procedures
- Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement within the Quality department
- Report issues quickly and clearly to the appropriate supervisor or team lead
What We’re Looking For
- Quality or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and ability to work the full assigned shift
- Ability to work 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
- Willingness to work weekends as needed
- Basic documentation and recordkeeping skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to identify issues and escalate concerns when needed
- Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
