What We Offer

- Full Practice Support — Scheduling software, marketing, supplies, and a steady stream of clients, all handled for you.
- Front Desk Support — Dedicated administrative staff manage bookings and payments and help keep treatment rooms running smoothly.
- Competitive Compensation — Part-time W-2 employment: $60 per 60-minute session plus tips, $10/hr for non-session hours, and same-day cancellation protection. As a W-2 employee, you're always guaranteed to average at least minimum wage.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality 60- or 90-minute massage treatments tailored to each client's needs and wellness goals.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate modalities and treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean, calm, and professional treatment space.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Washington State Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) license.
- New graduates from state-approved programs are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong customer service, communication, and rapport-building skills.
- Self-motivated and reliable, with high standards for cleanliness and professionalism.
- Comfortable in a small, growing practice — and excited to help shape what it becomes.
