Part-time Dental Hygienist (experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply)
We are currently seeking a friendly, skilled, and dependable Part Time Dental Hygienist (1 or 2 days per week) to join our practice. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, values teamwork, and is committed to creating an exceptional patient experience in a positive and professional environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive hygiene services
- Taking digital radiographs and maintaining accurate clinical records
- Educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Assisting in identifying periodontal conditions and supporting treatment planning
- Maintaining sterilization and infection control standards
- Helping create a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients
Qualifications:
- Active Michigan Dental Hygienist license
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented, professional, and dependable
- Experience with digital charting and dental software preferred
