We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our innovative manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and quality. Duties
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Perform welding using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, or arc welding to join metal parts securely.
- Fabricate custom metal components by cutting, shaping, and assembling materials according to project plans.
- Inspect completed welds and fabrications for quality, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and productivity.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and specifications.
Skills
- Proven experience in welding techniques including MIG, TIG, arc welding, or similar methods.
- Strong ability to read technical drawings and interpret engineering specifications.
- Knowledge of metal properties, fabrication processes, and safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision workmanship.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina for standing, lifting heavy materials, and working in various positions.
- Certifications such as AWS (American Welding Society) certification are preferred but not mandatory.

The payrate posted is simply the lower end of the range we’re willing to hire at. Starting rate will be decided based upon experience
