EIntegro Power Solutions, Inc. is a rapidly growing Silicon Valley-based technology company providing power solutions such as natural gas generations to utility companies and large-scale commercial and industrial (C&I) electrical consumers including data centers.
To meet the needs due to the recent expansion in the natural gas power generation area, we are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Field Technical Project Manager who would understand the customers’ needs and design ideas in terms of generators selections, regulation in compliance such as Rule 21, and a strong project execution mindset and leadership spirit. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical operations, field deployment, and customer relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Business & Client Solutions: Collaborate with C&I clients and utilities to understand power demand, develop EaaS/PPA commercial proposals, and close project agreements.
- Vendor & Project Execution: Coordinate with generator vendors, EPCs, and utility partners to manage project schedules, and handover.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, utility representatives, and internal engineering teams.
- · Field Operations & Technical Execution: Oversee site integration, initial unit startup, operational testing, and basic troubleshooting for natural gas engine generator systems.
Ideal Profile
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Energy Management or equivalent practical experience in power generation systems.
- Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in power generation, energy infrastructure, electric utilities, or field engineering. Practical understanding of power distribution, and grid interconnection rules (Rule 21).
- Commercial & Regulatory Acumen: Experience in business development, utility relations, key account management, or PPA/EaaS project delivery.
- Technical Knowledge: Preferred to have the knowledge of natural gas engine generators.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, or Cantonese to communicate with cross-border partners and clients.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
