We are looking for a new part time team member that has significant experience with horses. Daily responsibilities will include all aspects of horse care and farm maintenance. Applicant should have a high comfort level handling horses. , bandaging and tacking up horses is a plus. The ability to use and maintain farm equipment like mowers and tractors is also valuable. A high regard for and commitment to a clean and orderly barn is a must. This is a small ( 8 horses) professional boarding and training facility with very high standards and a collegial and supportive environment.
Housing is available. 1BR/1BA or 2BR/2BA barn apartment. A stall is also available for a well behaved horse. There is an opportunity to do some exercise riding for additional pay.
This is an ideal job for someone that works from home or has other work responsibilities, and is looking for an exceptional place to live, perhaps but not necessarily ride, and work with horses.
