Postion Summary
We are seeking a part-time dedicated and enthusiastic Property Inspector to join our vacation rental team. Representative will work independently inspecting homes for guest readiness and ensuring they meet company standards following outlined home requirements. Job is 100% field. The individual must have a reliable car and proof of insurance. Homes are in Pacific Beach/La Jolla/Point Loma
Duties
- Utilize Goggle and other computer software to manage customer information effectively.
- Maintain Daily Reports/Create Pass down Report
- Inspect homes to ensure they are ready for guests and meet Company standards.
- Basic in-house maintenance i.e. light bulbs/WiFi/Tv's/Propane/Pool Skimming.
- Report and resolve issues.
- Resolve Guest issues as needed.
- Meet Vendors.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to learn new industry specific software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to analyze situations effectively.
- Ability to visit properties and have a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to use software applications on phone.
- Be able to lift/move heaving items.
Hours/Days
- Part-time. Weekend availability is a must. You will be working Saturday and/or Sunday depending upon the week. Hours vary by season.
- Position is contractual.
- The position requires individual to drive to review homes. Mileage reimbursement.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
