Royal Clean Solutions is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Residential & Commercial Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team serving Aspen and surrounding communities.
We provide professional cleaning services for residential homes, luxury residences, vacation rentals, commercial properties, move-in/move-out cleanings, deep cleanings, and post-construction projects.

Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Clean appliances, countertops, sinks, showers, and toilets
- Perform deep cleaning tasks when required
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Provide professional and friendly service to clients
Qualifications
- Previous commercial and/or house cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred (not required – training available)
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping
- Experience with standard, deep cleaning or move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning
- Ability to work flexible hours
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
