Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. This is a year-round position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards and checklists.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and arrange towels to hotel standard if needed.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with colleagues.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must have reliable transportation.
