- Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces across all areas.
- Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness in public spaces including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms by performing routine janitorial tasks.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards.
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
- Assist with special cleaning projects such as carpet deep cleans or industrial cleaning tasks when needed.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards guest service.
