Requirements:
- Manually merge immunization records in PIERS possible duplicate case queues
- Merge duplicate immunization records identified by providers reporting to PIERS
- Separate records that are found to be comingled or incorrectly merged
- Resolve data discrepancies in patient records
- Identify trends in the creation of duplicate records
- Suggest improvements to IIS matching and merging processes
- Work with the registry manager and other IIS staff to develop, update, and maintain clearly defined standard operating procedures to support manual merging of immunization records and separation of records that have been incorrectly merged
- Process immunization record requests
- Process immunization record change requests
- Provide PIERS hotline support for calls from the public regarding their immunization record requests
- Communicate with public regarding their immunization record requests via phone and email
- Adhere to jurisdiction policies to always maintain the security and confidentiality of PIERS data
- Communicate and collaborate with IIS staff to resolve duplicates and comingled records
- Consistently treat end users, stakeholders, and co-workers with dignity and respect
- Create and maintain a work environment that is welcoming and respectful of diversity
- Assist with other related tasks and duties as necessary
