Dream Light ABA is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for a 13-year-old client in the St. Johns, FL area.
Position Details
Schedule: Approximately 30 hours per week. Afternoon availability is preferred.
Pay Rate: $22 to $28/hour (based on experience and credentials)
Setting: In-home ABA therapy
Location: St. Johns, FL
Important: The client's family speaks Russian only, so applicants must be fluent in Russian to effectively communicate with the family.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services
- Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation
- Support behavior reduction and functional communication goals
- Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team
Requirements
- Active RBT certification
- Fluent in Russian (required)
- Experience working with children preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background screening
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
