What Will You Do?
As our Concierge, you'll be the friendly face and welcoming voice of Colonial Court. You'll help residents, families, and visitors feel at home while keeping our front office running smoothly.
Your day may include:
- Greeting residents, families, visitors, and vendors with exceptional customer service.
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
- Helping residents and families find answers to questions or connect with the right team member.
- Scheduling appointments and assisting with calendars.
- Filing, printing, scanning, copying, and organizing office documents.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies.
- Assisting with administrative projects and special events.
- Jumping into the dining room during meal times to help serve beverages, greet residents, clear tables, and support the dining team.
- Keeping the reception area welcoming, organized, and professional.
- Pitching in wherever needed to help make the day successful for residents and your teammates.
- Bringing energy, positivity, and fun to our community every day.
