Job Summary

Duties
- Safely handle and transport food orders from the kitchen to dining areas using proper manual handling techniques and safe lifting practices
- Clear and bus tables swiftly to maintain cleanliness and guest comfort, ensuring all dining surfaces are spotless and inviting
- Assist with food running duties, delivering dishes accurately and promptly to enhance the overall guest experience
- Support food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures during service and cleanup
- Maintain cleanliness of service stations, dining areas, and kitchen surroundings through regular cleaning and sanitation tasks
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and guests using clear in-person customer service skills to ensure smooth operations
- Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order accuracy when required, supporting efficient restaurant service
- Assist with light food preparation or setup as needed for banquet or special events, contributing to a seamless dining experience
Qualifications
- Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred; familiarity with food running, bussing, or hospitality roles is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely during busy service periods
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Enthusiastic team player committed to providing excellent guest services in person
