JW Logistics is seeking reliable Sprinter Van Owner Operators to support a dedicated retail replenishment route operating 7 days per week throughout the Tullahoma, Tennessee market and surrounding areas.
This is a long-term final-mile opportunity offering consistent volume, established routes, and the ability to partner with a national logistics provider. Drivers must be dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable utilizing mobile technology for delivery verification.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate your Sprinter Van while completing scheduled deliveries
- Deliver retail merchandise within designated delivery windows
- Utilize mobile applications to scan freight and complete delivery documentation
- Obtain BOL and proof-of-delivery signatures
- Load and unload freight as required
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and store personnel
- Maintain professional appearance and customer service standards
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure equipment remains in safe operating condition
- Follow all DOT and safety requirements
Required Qualifications
- Must own and operate a Sprinter Van
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience with route delivery, courier services, retail replenishment, or final-mile operations preferred
- Ability to safely load, unload, and move freight
- Comfortable using smartphone applications for scanning and route management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and professional operation
