Furniture Installer – Full-Time

JL Business Interiors is seeking reliable, motivated individuals to join our Furniture Installation Team. This is a full-time position offering a collaborative work environment, opportunities for growth, and a comprehensive benefits package.
The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Experience in light construction or installation work is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and assemble office furniture at client sites according to specifications
- Safely operate hand and power tools for assembly and installation
- Load, transport, and unload furniture and materials
- Document installation and service activities through reports, logs, and required paperwork
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Represent JL Business Interiors with professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds
- Experience with furniture installation, carpentry, or light construction preferred
- Strong work ethic with the ability to stay motivated and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team
