Roofing Sales Representative
Delta Roofing, LLC – Ridgeland, SC
Full-Time | $24,000 Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses
Delta Roofing is looking for a motivated Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. We are an established local roofing company focused on honest recommendations, strong communication, professional execution, and providing an excellent customer experience.
This is not a position where you will only wait for leads to be provided. The right person will follow up with company-generated opportunities while also developing new business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and outbound sales activity.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners and property owners
- Perform and document roof inspections
- Present roofing estimates and available options
- Follow up consistently with open proposals
- Generate new opportunities and referral relationships
- Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM
- Communicate clearly with customers and the Delta Roofing team
- Represent the company professionally throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Roofing or construction experience is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable generating new business
- Must be comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willing to be coached and held accountable to sales goals
Compensation and Benefits
- $24,000 annual base salary
- Commission on company-provided and self-generated sales
- Performance-based bonuses
- Expected annual earning potential of approximately $75,000–$100,000 based on performance
- Company vehicle provided for business use after onboarding/eligibility

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
