Nationwide Facility Maintenance and Construction is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, hands-on Facility Maintenance & Construction Technician to join our field service team based in Anaheim.
This isn't a job where you'll be doing the same thing every day. You'll work on a wide variety of commercial and industrial projects across the United States, using your skills to repair, maintain, install, and improve facilities for our customers.

What You'll Do
As a Facility Maintenance & Construction Technician, you'll:
- Perform hands-on maintenance, repairs, installations, and construction work at commercial and industrial facilities.
- Travel to job sites throughout the U.S. and adapt to different environments and project requirements.
- Work independently while taking direction from project managers and field leadership.
- Troubleshoot problems and determine practical, effective solutions.
- Complete work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.
- Take ownership of your assignments and follow projects through to completion.
- Represent Nationwide Facility Maintenance and Construction professionally at customer locations.
Your Skills
We're looking for versatile, dependable people who enjoy working with their hands. You don't need to be an expert in every trade. Experience in one or more of the following areas is a strong plus:
- Concrete
- Rough or finish carpentry
- Dock equipment installation and repair
- Commercial doors and hardware
- Millwork installation
- Basic to intermediate electrical
- Drywall and painting
- Flooring installation and repair
- HVAC service and installation
- Welding and metal fabrication

What We Offer
Competitive Pay $22–$30 per hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
✈Paid Travel & Per Diem
Travel throughout the U.S. is a major part of this position. When you're assigned to work outside your local area, travel and daily per diem are provided.

Schedule
Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Hours may vary depending on project and operational requirements. This is a fully in-person, field-based position with frequent travel throughout the United States.
