As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing support to our servers and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently.
- Clear and reset tables in a timely manner to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including refilling water glasses and bread baskets.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events and functions.
