Position: Customer Support Associate – Quality Location: Cary, Illinois

We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely, accurate resolution of issues while maintaining Coilcraft's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Serve as the initial point of contact for customer quality concerns

Create, process, and track Quality Assurance Inquiries from submission through resolution

Coordinate with internal departments to investigate and resolve customer issues

Draft and deliver 8D reports based on failure analysis and corrective actions

Coordinate customer returns, exchanges, and credits

Assemble and route contract review documentation

Act as a resource for internal teams regarding quality-related inquiries

Support management with quality-related tasks and reporting

Strong computer proficiency and ability to work with databases and reporting tools

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Sound judgment and problem-solving skills

Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams

Experience in customer support, quality, or manufacturing environments

Familiarity with quality systems or corrective action processes (8D, etc.)

Experience handling customer returns or product issue resolution

Comfort working with technical information or manufacturing data

Play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and product quality

Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
