Job Title: Sr. Product Manager
Location: REMOTE or hybrid in LA
Compensation: $165-185k/year base salary

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of our digital product experiences. You will own key initiatives from ideation through launch, driving product strategy, defining roadmaps, and delivering solutions that improve workflow automation, platform integrations, and AI powered internal tools. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast moving environment, collaborates deeply with engineering and business teams, and consistently ships user centric products.
You will work across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to bring new internal features to market while continually improving existing workflows. You will lead research, define product requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure that every product decision aligns with business goals and delivers measurable impact.
This is a senior IC role. If you can translate ambiguous operational problems into clear product direction, communicate effectively across teams, and deliver high quality internal products that users rely on daily, you will excel here.
What You Will Do

Define and drive product strategy and roadmaps for platform integrations, workflow automation, and AI initiatives

Lead user and stakeholder research to identify opportunities, validate needs, and guide data driven product decisions

Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and MVP through launch, optimization, and ongoing iteration

Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high quality internal products

Act as the voice of internal users, ensuring that tools and workflows are intuitive, efficient, and valuable

Communicate product strategy, priorities, and progress to executives and cross functional stakeholders

Use data and analytics to monitor product performance, identify improvements, and guide feature prioritization

Define and track KPIs to measure product success and inform ongoing development

Drive product launches with cross functional partners, ensuring alignment on messaging, positioning, and rollout plans

Gather post launch feedback, analyze usage data, and iterate to improve product performance
What We Are Looking For

7+ years of product management experience in SaaS or B2B environments

Proven ownership of end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, roadmap, MVP, launch, iteration

Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features or workflow automations to real users

Experience using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Cursor); agentic workflow experience is a plus

Strong background in workflow automation, microservices, and API/platform integrations

Operates as a senior IC PM: autonomous, self-directed, strong partnership with engineering

Experience building products for business users; SaaS preferred, AdTech/DOOH acceptable

Excellent cross-functional communicator with experience aligning engineering, design, ops, sales, and executives

Data-driven decision maker with experience using analytics, KPIs, and customer insights

Bonus: internal tools experience, AI side projects, familiarity with modern AI tooling, or experience in AdTech/DOOH
