Remote Position
Reports to: Chief Operations Officer
Compensation: $28.85–$33.65 per hour, equivalent to approximately $60,000–$70,000 annually based on a full-time schedule.

Kidisthenics Fitness Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support a combination of accounting, human resources, and administrative functions. This remote role is ideal for someone who has experience in payroll, accounting coordination, and maintaining organized internal systems.
The Office Administrator will play an important role in supporting day-to-day business operations by helping ensure accurate payroll processes, clear communication between internal teams and our third-party accounting team, and consistent organization of employee records and HR-related workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Payroll Support
- Coordinate payroll processing by reviewing timesheets, wage changes, PTO balances, and payroll data for accuracy before submission to the third-party payroll provider.
- Serve as a point of communication between Kidisthenics Account Managers and the company’s third-party accounting team.
- Assist with reconciling client lists to ensure clients are properly reflected in California Regional Center vendor portals and billing portals.
- Reach out to regional centers on behalf of Kidisthenics to assist with updating client contracts and related information.
- Support internal accounting processes by maintaining organized records and communicating updates as needed.
Human Resources & Office Administration
- Maintain employee records in compliance with applicable federal and state recordkeeping requirements.
- Assist with tracking training completion, employee development initiatives, and performance review documentation.
- Help maintain internal systems, processes, and records to support company-wide organization and compliance.
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and internal departments as needed.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of prior experience in human resources, accounting, payroll, office administration, or a related role.
- Experience supporting bookkeeping, billing coordination, payroll administration, or financial recordkeeping.
- Experience maintaining employee files or other HR compliance-related records preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected with internal teams.
- Comfortable coordinating between multiple departments and external partners.
- Familiarity with the California Regional Center system preferred, not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 required

- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with reliable internet access
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee, payroll, client, and company information while working remotely
- Must be able to manage multiple administrative workflows and meet deadlines with minimal in-person supervision
