Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who has some office experience and is looking to grow professionally in a fast-paced environment.
This position will focus heavily on receptionist and administrative support duties, helping ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll play a key role in handling the day-to-day tasks that keep the team organized and productive.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Reception
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
Administrative & Office Support
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical documents
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing shared calendars
- Help prepare basic documents, reports, and correspondence
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with mail handling and deliveries
Team Support
- Provide support to executives and team members as needed
- Assist with small day-to-day tasks and special projects
- Help keep projects and internal processes organized
- Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time
Growth Opportunity
As you gain experience, this role may expand to include:
- Supporting project coordination and development tasks
- Assisting with reporting and internal documentation
- Taking on additional administrative or operational responsibilities
Qualifications
- Some prior office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred (but not required):
- Interest in real estate, development, or business operations
- Experience with basic administrative or office coordination tasks

● Job Type: Full-time
● Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
● Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard business hours
● Location: In-person, 300 North 3rd Street Suite 230 Wilmington, NC 28401

● High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
