People First Employment seeks dedicated and detail-oriented Production Workers to join our team in a fast-paced food processing environment for General Labor work. Temporary assignment July - December. Schedule only 2 days a week, depending on production needs
Starting date: 7/15/2026
- 1st shift
- 8 hours plus overtime if needed
- Start time: 3:00 am
- Monday - Friday
- Pay rate: $17.50

Essential Functions for General Labor position
- Package product
- Stack
- Use of metal detectors
- Operate stackers and product conveyors
- Follow instructions provided by the machine operator and/or lead.
- Clean up work area
- Dispose trash and cardboard
- Make boxes
- Move racks out of the walkway and/or work area
- Move dirty pans out of the work area if necessary
- Fill out paperwork if necessary
- Place lines and/or trays on pans
- Place dough on conveyors
- Place product on trays
- Place trays on rack/load racks with trays
- Transfer/carry pans
Physical Demands
- Must be able to stand continually during work shift.
- Work shift of 8 - 12 hours
- Able to bend, stoop squat, and twist on a constant basis
- Must be able to reach overhead
- Lift 20-30 Lbs on a regular basis
Pay: $17.50 per hour
