Dynamic Recovery & Restore is seeking compassionate, reliable Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one private duty care for an elderly couple in their home. This is a low-acuity assignment focused on medication reminders, routine assessments, companionship, and ensuring a safe environment.
This position is ideal for nurses looking for flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships with their patients. The workload is light, allowing you to provide personalized, attentive care in a comfortable home setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Administer and document routine vital signs (blood pressure, pulse oximetry, temperature, and blood glucose monitoring)
- Medication reminders and assistance with pre-organized medications
- Administer morning steroid and prescribed eye drops
- Monitor for changes in condition and communicate concerns to the care team
- Provide companionship and encourage mobility and daily activities
- Assist with fall prevention and supervise safe ambulation with a walker
- Complete accurate nursing documentation after each shift
