The Position
We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Parts Counter Salesperson who enjoys helping people and being organized in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for selling, receiving, and delivering parts and accessories while supporting both customers and service technicians.
You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring parts are available, inventory is accurate, and the department is well organized. This position combines customer service, problem-solving, and hands-on inventory management.
Purpose
The focus of this role is to support customer needs and service operations by providing accurate, timely solutions. This position plays an important role in promoting Midwest Machinery Co.’s core values through strong customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail.
