Airbnb Cleaner / HousekeeperJob Overview
We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaners to help maintain our short-term rental properties to the highest standards. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing homes between guest stays while ensuring every property is clean, organized, and guest-ready.
The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You must be comfortable working independently, communicating with management, and being a strong team player in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleanings of Airbnb properties between guest stays.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces thoroughly.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest supplies and toiletries.
- Follow company cleaning checklists and hospitality standards.
- Report damages, maintenance issues, or missing items to management immediately.
- Maintain constant communication with management regarding job progress and property conditions.
- Properly use cleaning products, supplies, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure homes are organized, presentable, and ready before guest check-in times.
- Work effectively with team members to complete cleanings efficiently and on time.
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, hotel, or Airbnb cleaning experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, professional, and dependable attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team player mentality with a positive attitude.
- Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation between properties.
- Must have a reliable cellphone.
- Must be punctual and dependable.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- English and/or Spanish speaking preferred.
