Remodeler / Contractor / Maintenance - Job Description
We are hiring for an experienced Tech for a Multi-Family Community in New Castle, DE. This person will be responsible for completing apartment renovations, and the overall maintenance of the apartment community when needed.
Job Requirements include but are not limited to:
· Must be able to multitask and prioritize.
· Must be punctual and reliable.
· Attention to detail
· Perform duties as needed & be open to learning new skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
