Duties Include:
-
Coordinate & plan Nursing Department staff schedules, taking staff and facility needs into consideration.
-
Coordinating all staffing requirements in the Facility
-
Patiently deal with last-minute changes in scheduling
-
Deal with staff callouts appropriately by following proper protocol.
-
Assist with recruitment needs by advising the Director of Nursing of open positions.
-
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
-
Other reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements Include:
-
Should have excellent computer skills (MS word, excel, outlook etc.)

Computerized scheduling software such as Time & Attendance and SBV etc.
-
Background & experience in staffing preferred.
-
Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
-
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills are required.
-
Candidates should be Highly Organized, Professional & Motivated.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask & prioritize.
-
Able to work well independently & as part of a team.
-
Must meet the requirements of the Department of Health.

Salary: $30 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 37.5 hours per week
