Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to source, screen, and onboard certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and other nursing staff as needed for our private-duty clients. The ideal candidate understands the local demographic, knows where to find high-quality caregiving talent, and can navigate strict state compliance laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Management: Build a continuous pipeline of local HHAs using platforms like Indeed, social media, and local caregiver training schools.
- Compliance Screening: Vet candidates according to Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) standards, confirming active certifications and CPR cards.
- Background Clearing: Initiate and track mandatory Florida Level 2 background screenings and fingerprinting.
- Retention Tracking: Maintain touchpoints with hired aides to reduce turnover and match them with clients based on geography and specialized care needs.
· Pay rate $50,000+ “Based on experience” per year for this full-cycle talent acquisition role.
