Established, gas construction company is seeking an Area Manager at our Oklahoma City, TX location.
We are seeking a well rounded, responsible person to lead and coordinate schedules for multiple underground gas utility crews that handle project installations, relocations and new services.
MUST HAVE GAS DISTRIBUTION EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily schedule and job assignments of multiple office personnel, crews/equipment
- Procurement of materials
- Locates
- Tracking crews hours
- Creation of invoices and status updates
- Personnel recruiting and hiring
- Coordinate and schedule projects for various clients
Candidate must have ability to :
- Read prints, red line, call in locates and white flag
- Ensure crews are ready to work upon jobsite arrival
- Route crews efficiently, and be a good leader as well as disciplinary figure.
- Complete daily crew paperwork including hours worked and footage for billing to customer
- 2 years gas distribution experience preferred
