We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead maintenance and building services for a high-end residential community in Providence, RI. This individual will help ensure the property operates reliably while delivering the level of service expected in a luxury residential environment.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily maintenance activities and ensure repair needs are handled promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and maintain key building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, apartment service requests, and general property upkeep.
- Work with maintenance personnel and outside contractors to ensure quality and timely completion of work.
- Provide responsive, hospitality-oriented service when interacting with residents.
- Troubleshoot building and equipment issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
- Support property safety procedures and proper operation of building systems.
- Participate in an on-call schedule and assist with after-hours building emergencies when required.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of maintenance, facilities, or building operations experience.
- Multifamily residential, luxury residential, hospitality, or Class A property experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Previous experience leading maintenance personnel or coordinating vendors preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in an active residential environment.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
