Property Management company based in New Jersey with a real estate portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties located mainly in urban areas of NJ, NY and PA. Due to our recent expansion we are looking for a highly motivated and qualified HVAC Technician.
1-Perform standard Maintenance and testing
2-Troubleshoot and repair all types of HVAC systems
3-Perform Preventative Maintenance
4-Familiar with Residential and Commercial Systems
5-Boiler experience Preferred
6-Valid Driver’s License
7-Ability to work overtime if needed
We are looking for an Experienced Service technician, not an installer.
