Job Summary
We are seeking a vibrant and detail-oriented Nail Technician to join our dynamic team in Solon, OH! Duties
- Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails and intricate nail art designs
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
- Recommend retail products suitable for clients for their needs.
- Manage retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and accessories through effective communication and product knowledge.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service skills and personalized attention
Skills
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience from start to finish
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures for all tools and surfaces
- Formal training & certification as a Nail Technician required.
- Proficiency in various nail care techniques including gel application, and natural nail maintenance
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatments and product benefits
Work Environment
- Ideally, full-time in-salon role requiring flexibility (including busy weekends/evenings).
Fast-paced, guest-centric, and team-oriented atmosphere focused on brand reputation and service excellence.
