Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted prospecting within assigned territories
- Manage existing client accounts with a focus on upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
- Conduct engaging product demos and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits that drive deal closing
- Utilize CRM software and sales management systems proficiently to track leads, manage customer relationships, and streamline sales processes
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements confidently to secure mutually beneficial deals while maintaining professionalism
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance lead generation efforts
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status within CRM systems for accurate forecasting and analysis
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong management skills with experience in territory sales, account management, and business development strategies
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software along with other sales management tools for effective pipeline tracking
- Demonstrated ability in technical sales or technology sales environments, including product demos and solution selling
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to build lasting customer relationships through exceptional customer service
- Experience in inside sales activities such as prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and deal closing
- Analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities for upselling or new business growth, and optimize territory coverage

Pay: $65,550.30 - $89,781.00 per year
