About us
Assad’s Mediterranean Bites is a small, fast-paced takeout restaurant in Uptown Chicago serving fresh Mediterranean food. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Grill / Prep Cook who is comfortable in the kitchen and ready to grow with us.
Position overview
This role involves food prep, grilling fresh meats, maintaining a clean workstation, and helping with customer orders. We are looking for someone who can work efficiently, follow instructions, and become confident working independently.
Schedule
Evening shift available.
Evening shift:
Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM – 9:15 PM
Friday: 2:30 PM – 10:15 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 9:15 PM
Training Schedule will vary
Total hours are approximately 38–40 hours per week.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
